COLD SPRINGS FLOWER FARM TERMS AND CONDITIONS & SAFETY WAIVER
Location: Cold Springs Flower Farm, 8280 McBride Road, Cobourg, K9A4J9
By purchasing a ticket and entering Cold Springs Flower Farm, you (the “Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions and Safety Waiver:
1. Refunds on Ticket Sales
Refunds or exchanges will only be issued if we close the field due to inclement weather. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for personal schedule conflicts or failure to comply with our farm rules.
2. Assumption of Risk
The Participant acknowledges that visiting our farm involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
–Uneven terrain, mud, or natural obstacles.
–Exposure to pollen, allergens, or insects such as bees and wasps.
–Risk of injury from equipment or structures.
By entering the premises, the Participant assumes all risks associated with participation in farm activities, including but not limited to picking flowers and pumpkins, and consuming food and beverages.
3. Liability Waiver
Cold Springs Flower Farm, its owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates (the “Farm”) shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or death resulting from participation in activities at the Farm. The Participant agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless the Farm from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from their visit, including those caused by negligence.
4. Dog Policy
Service animals are always welcome. We allow dogs during our Open Farm & Studio Tour only, however, all dogs must be on leash at all times. The owners are responsible for pet waste removal and for ensuring their dog is friendly with other dogs and people. Any incidents involving aggressive or uncontrolled dogs will result in removal from the property. The Farm is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by dogs on the premises.
5. Emergency Situations
In case of any emergency, call 911 and notify farm staff immediately. A first aid kit is available on-site, but the Farm is not responsible for providing medical care beyond basic first aid.

Acknowledgement & Agreement
By purchasing a ticket and entering the premises, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the Safety Waiver. The Participant also acknowledges that they are voluntarily participating in activities at Cold Springs Flower Farm at their own risk.
